Chrysovalantis Filippou
Managing Director
Chrysovalantis is an experienced language teacher for 11 years and a teacher trainer who holds a Eurolta Diploma, an internationally recognised certification for teacher trainers. He also holds a BA in Pedagogy from the University of Athens and a Master’s degree in Ancient History from the University of Liverpool. Chrysovalantis is the founder and the director of the organisation Private Institute C.F.Elite Tutors Ltd, with experience in course curriculum development, course materials development, and educational course promotion to individuals and companies. Chrysovalantis has experience in project management and process improvement, holding a yellow belt in Six Sigma. His main professional interests are the development of high-quality educational programs which make the learning of the new language effective and enjoyable for the learners.
Maria Andronikou
Communications & Marketing Specialist
Maria Andronikou is the communication coordinator of the organization. She holds a degree in Communication and Mass Media from the Panteion University of Athens and a Master’s degree in Politics and Mass Media from the University of Liverpool. Maria has collaboration with major media of Cyprus as a Radio producer and TV reporter. She was also an editor for 10 years in an international Greek speaking newspaper. Maria’s experience in communication and her local network in media is invaluable in communicating our projects to the public.
Mikaela Michaelidou
EU Project Manager & Researcher
Mikaela Michaelidou is the Project Manager of our organisation. She studied Turkish and Middle Eastern Studies, and she completed a master’s degree in Business Administration, specializing in digital marketing. Her main responsibilities include writing project proposals under Erasmus+ proramme, serving as the primary contact person for all projects, and representing management in meetings and internal and external working groups. She is also responsible for developing and implementing training programs, managing projects from inception to completion.
