Our organisation was proudly represented at this year’s ICC-the International Language Association‘s Annual Conference by Chrysovalantis Filippou, our Managing Director and ICC Board Member, and Mikaela Michaelidou , our EU Project Manager – Researcher.
This year’s Conference Theme was “Redefining Language Education: Technology, Accessibility, Empowerment”. Held from May 9–11, 2025, the conference brought together professionals from around the world to explore the future of language education. The event featured inspiring presentations, interactive workshops, and thought-provoking discussions on how innovation and inclusion are reshaping teaching and learning in our field.
We were also honored to have our partner, Ifigeneia Georgiadou, Managing Director of Hellenic Culture Centre, present our KA2 Erasmus+ funded project during her talk titled:“GREEK LIngo Box: Back to FACE TO FACE? Myths About Language Games and a Fresh Idea for Board Games”
Her presentation showed our innovative approach to language learning through game-based education and highlighted key insights gained during the project’s implementation. The talk emphasized how traditional face-to-face interaction can be reimagined using educational board games, combining creativity with pedagogical effectiveness
